ShenVal Swarm holds Board meetings as needed generally on Sunday evenings at the Hive or by Zoom meetings as necessary. The Board welcomes presentations from any active Swarm player or parent prior to the meetings.  Please contact the Team Representative or Board Member from your team or contact the Board Secretary to confirm the next meeting time and location.
